Delete your OffTracks account

This page is the account-deletion resource for the OffTracks Android app and offtracks.app. Deletion is permanent.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in with the email address for the account you want to delete.
  2. Use Delete account below or on the My Tracks dashboard. In Android, open the menu and choose Delete account.
  3. Read the warning and confirm Delete my account.

Data that is deleted

We delete your account, email, profile, sessions, uploaded rides and tracks, route geometry, Spots, favourites, ratings, reviews, comments and reports. Public content you own disappears with it.

Data that remains temporarily or on your device

Existing database backups expire within 14 days. Support and feedback emails may remain for up to 90 days. Device-only rides and tracks remain on your phone and are no longer linked to the deleted account. Clear app storage or uninstall OffTracks to remove them.
